Bizhub C224e fails to boot up

    Hi guys,

I have a c224e when switching it on it can not boot up. Blank screen no sign of power. The transport motor is turning with fans but there is no indication of power on the control panel even start or power button. I also notice the led on the mfpb is not lighting up which in a normal working c224e it should come on

I've had fried ram cause this.

I have also have a defective MFP board fry the ram 3 days in a row too.

moral of the story, replace the ram, if it fails again shortly after replace the mfp board and the ram together next time.

        no, i mean the ram.

SSd failure is nothing like this.

ram is ordered as a spare part and does not come with the mfp board.

Thanks a lot I was able to fix the problem. I tried changing SSD and MFP with the advice of KM trainers but did not work out. You champion man.
