[Jamming] jam code 16-01 on bizhub c364e in lct tray 3

I am getting a jam code 16-01 in tray 3 which is the lct. It is not pulling paper but the feed tires are making contact with the paper.

I got it fixed, it was some paper that had some how gotten folded inside the paper tray keeping it from pulling paper properly.

I changed the rollers, same problem. Any ideas?

Lift cables out of position, Mylar deformed/torn in the tray,torque limiter worn, one way gears on rollers slipping or the shaft is shiny.

Any of these will cause this jam...

The solution I found for a particularly difficult J 16-01 was to bend the arm slightly on the bracket for the pick up tire so it would drop down just a little bit further. As the paper stack was getting lower and before the tray lifted it up more the pick up tire didn't have enough pressure against the sheet and it wouldn't feed.

I have had customers drop 1 or 2 reams of paper on the right side of the LCT, as the tray is going down. Sending the paper tray cables pass the slot where they come out then when the customer closes the draw the cable(s) take up on the shaft vise the pulley causing the tray to raise tilted to the take up roller.
