bizhub 200 prints are dirty (sample attached)

The prints are coming out somewhat dirty and faded. What could be the problem?

Assuming that the print comes out portrait-wise (short side first) I would say worn drum/cleaning blade/developer. Drum, cleaning blade and developer should be changed according very specific instructions otherwise you will be confronted with a C-2557 service code. Time to get a tech to do it for you unless you are familiar with MFP's yourself but you still have to follow instructions carefully. There is a plethora of information in this panel about that. Here's some:

If the machine is set to SEF it normally means a developer seal got busted and the orientation was changed to get clear prints.
