Typically a stuck on hourglass or KM Logo splash screen and never coming to ready state is a sign of a dead RAM chip. Get a couple spare and try new RAM chips. Remember which one goes in top and bottom as I'm pretty sure it matters and see if that fixes it for you.

Try above and format the HDD too or replace it.

I tried changing ram,it worked just right. Also upgraded the firmware after replacing ram.
