Hi,please help i have a bizhub 250 touch panel is not responding. sometimes it does after a few presses but some functions just dont accept is this a software related issue or must i change the panel

Yes, replace it, had a BH350 recently, replaced and worked fine.

Only touch folie is needed to replace. Other boards on display are probably ok.

You are right. Better word would be film , thin transparent film over the touch screen. IN most cases only film is needed to replace.Even film from minolta di 200 can fit.

Just got this problem the past week. A second hand machine is cheaper than the replacement panel.
