    Firmware Version on a bizhub 25e.

    How do I locate the firmware version on a 25e? I can't seem to find which service mode it is located under. Thanks.

      Did You mean bizhub C25? Service mode - Display - MAIN F/W, ENGINE F/W.

          I Believe that the 25 E is a rebranded Muratec. If so you should be able to go to machine info and print this page and the firmware version will be on the first page towards the top.
