Hi our work printer has brought up the error c-3501

i cant seem to get to any system settings area now as the error screen wont go away

im a techie and i need this fixed for my office staff, does someone know how i can solve the error and get to the system settings

ive googled the error and i need to the softtswitches??? but i dont know how
