one month ago have been error c3852.
then i checked Fuser unit and saw ribbon was demaged. then on ebay.com I bought used fuser unit and changed it by instruction.

after switching, still showing error.

can samebody help. maybe it's need resset or need change same like chip.

It has to be a new fusing unit or change the fuse

you don't need a fuse unless it was calling for a new fuser in addition to the code.

but you do need to 'reset' the machine since fuser codes cannot be cleared easily for safety reasons.

Power supply? Did you reset the trouble condition? Just changing the fuser would still cgive the sam code if it was not reset.

switch on machine while holding down the utility button, wait for trouble reset to pop up. touch that and restart machine.

i did it. now working. thank
