[Jamming] J-7402 LS-505 on Bizhub 1200

Morning everyone,

The stacker that's on our 1200 has been jamming repeatedly. Its getting jammed on the white stoppers that come down as the paper falls on the tray.

It jams about every 2k or 1k sheets. Any ideas? I was wondering if I can manual adjust the solenoid that controls them.

Check the flags and sensors on the way in out of the RU maybe its a timing issue. These unit are scarce and i'm not getting any helpful support on them. I have one that is getting more paper curl on the one side causing the stack to screw. Just before it reaches capacity the paper jams on the higher side of the stack. Going there tomorrow to sort it. guess its uneven pressure from the fuser.
