bizhub C 550

Hi,
I have Konica Minolta bizhub C 550 with error P-14,but when I change the IU (black) P-14 is gone.
The real problem is that the copier won't give me Blue light on START button (blinking red).
Can anybody help me?

There are a few p-14 bulletins for these machines:

P-14 at power on and after stabilization runs. Performing the color alignment adjustment does not correct the
problem.
Solution
CAUSE: Failed print head relay board.
SOLUTION: Replace the print head relay board (p/n A00J H003 00).

^ There are 3 ICP chips that can blow on those--pretty common in my experience.

There is a firmware to rectify the p-14 error in my region it is Ver.GC1-22

Really? You replaced all the parts listed in the bulletin that I posted and installed that firmware??
