Bizhub 500 poor prints

Our BizHub 500 printer is printing text with varying degrees of lightness and also is printing a faint gray line 1/4 of the way down the page horizontally across the whole page. We just replaced the toner, but that did not improve the result. Any thoughts?

If the machine has done more than 250K from last service its time for drum, blade, dev, charge and transfer service or rebuild. And a good cleaning.

Looks like shady transfer.
The grey line could dirty charge.
