jamming on a C6501 9301

for some reason I keep getting a jamm code 9301 it goes down but doesn't come out.Its very hard to trouble shoot this can some one please help

Hi,
Q1 Does it jam with all thickness of stock or only thick?
Q2 Is there any damage to the edge of the paper as it tries to feed back?
Q3 Have you checked the reverse gate for correct operation? (gate attached to the solenoid)
Q4 Have you checked the black reference plate? This can bend causing the paper to catch
Q5 Have you thoroughly cleaned the ADU conveyance rollers?

Answering these questions should get you closer to diagnosing the problem (hopefully)
