Bizhub c350 requesting for volume and access numbers

Hi guys, am trying to work on this machine and is requesting for the numbers above.However when i press the icon key on the control panel it becomes ready to copy but makes ablank copy.Am used to canon brand.Assistance requested thanks

Create a user for tech purpose. Its under utility -> administrator -> and then its to long ago to remember.

Just ask one of the guys there to give you there login info. i do that a lot.

Its all in the manual.
