You might try ewmoving the unit, shaking the unit vigorously and rotate the unit the by hand. If you've got no luck replace the unit. I've had some light duty units give odd image quality due to "settling" in the units.
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window. Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed.
If u have one cyan unit u replaced from c252 or 352 then take the developer form it and poor it in the bad unit but first get acces to the magnetic roller and rotate it to see is the developer in question

This is a terrible idea, do not try it.
If you have any understanding of how the copy process actually works and all the things that go on behind the scenes, mixing developers from USED image units may work in the short term but is a terrible idea as your actual fix.
Also, hit Utility/Counter and check the Consumable Life of all your image units. How many bars are left (this is a count up system, not count down... so the bars fill in as they get older)
Great way to test your image units is by going into Tech Rep mode, under Test Mode you will see Lattice Pattern. Select it, then select "Reverse" and print out C M Y K in both 255 density as well as 122 density.
If your Cyan is shot, chances are your other colors will quickly follow.

I agree redime 100% but when ur missing "few parts" and cant wait till KM send it u have to improvise.
I did that and got 35K copies more on c 252 since machine "eated up" developer on 10K and costumer refused to pay another IU since this was second IU that i changed (first one stoped on 12K) on a brand new machine and fix was firmware.
I have seen this many many times. This happens in high altitude locations mostly. There is a modification to the toner hopper that is replacing the sponge and slider on hopper above toner inlet to i.u. Also, there is a procedure for modifying the i.u. itself, gapping the doctor blade. Let me know if you need any further information.
