    C 454

    Hi

On the way i change some filters on Minolta Bizhub C454 and come across a problem with the entering in service mode to clear filter counter. My service mode book says:

    -utilities
    -check details
    -stop-00-stop-01

After 15 minutes i give up.Is this right procedure at all?

    Thanks!

          1. Menu
          2. Counter
          3. Display Keypad
          4. stop-00-stop-01
          5. Enter the Service Code

The service mode password is the 4 digit code repeated either 2 or 4 times.
