Konica Minolta Bizhub 8000 c-2226 error

Good Morning
I'm trying to trouble shoot a c-2226 error. I have cleaned/vacuumed everything and tried new toner with no luck. Any pointers would be great.

C-2226 is a Toner bottle drive motor error. To troubleshoot:
1. Confirm that the toner bottle door is closed.
2. Access I/O check mode 01-00 (Toner bottle motor). It should be ON. If not, replace the subject part.

(Output check - it should TURN ON when you hit start & TURN OFF when you hit stop)

3. Check the connection of CN163 (Printer control board) and wiring for the connector. If any problem is found, correct it.
4. Check that ICP23 on the Print control board (p/n A1RF H050 0D) is OPEN. If so, replace the problem board.
5. If the cause could not be specified by the above steps, replace the parts in the following order.

• Print control board
• Toner bottle motor (p/n A0R5 M103 00)
• DC power supply/2 (p/n A03U M402 01)
• Wiring (p/n A1RF N122 03 - Main body Wiring /2 and p/n p/n A1RF N140 00 - Toner Drive harness /5)

IMPORTANT: Please check the wiring harness(es) by unplugging all associated connectors, checking all wires to ground (for a short) and checking continuity of the wiring (for an open).
