[Error Code] Konica Minolta C452 C225B

We are getting C225B in Konica Minolta C452. After reset it works for couple of days and reappears.

We have noticed one thing whenever this code appears there is misfed in Exit Drive Assembly and when we print Duplex Jobs.

Exit assembly can cause this problem? Because There is always misfed one in Exit Assembly, one in Duplex Unit and one misfed in the tray under pickup rollers.

Please advise.

We have the same problem on our C650. Half the time it doesn't want to communicate with the finisher either. Keep opening/closing front waste toner door till eventually it runs. If it goes to sleep it always has the same problem again so now we don't put it to sleep all day long. No problem then. I can also run big folding/staple binder jobs as long as it talks to finisher to start with. This thing is getting old.

Time for a newer used C652 or something.

Check this ok it may help

PROBABLE CAUSES:
Shortly afterpower up
Black drum motor (M18) or PRCB has failed.
Check the M18 connector for proper connection and ensure that M18 has proper drive coupling. If CN13 on the PRCB is connected securely (CN35 for
bizhub C452/C552/C552DS/C652/C652DS) and the error reoccurs, replace M18 (p/n A00J M110 00) and the PRCB (PWB-MC) as a set.
bizhub C451/C550/C650 -PRCB (p/n A00J H001 06)
bizhub C452/C552/C552DS/C652/C652DS - PRCB (p/n A0P0 H001 01)
Note : If a new M18 is not available, replace the Main Drive Unit (p\n A00J R704 00for bizhub C451/C550/C650 andp/n A0P0 R707 00 for bizhub
C452/C552/C552DS/C652/C652DS ).
Intermittently when coming out of Power Save mode or when paper jams at the Horizontal Transport unit (no jam codes) and the finisher does not
initialize at power ON.
The DC Power Supply (DCPU)is failing.
Replace the DCPU (p/n A00J M404 05 for bizhub C451/C550/C650 and p/n A0P0 R704 11 for bizhub C452/C552/C552DS/C652/C652DS ).

Every time I have seen this code we put on a DCPU and it seems to fix it every time.

I ended up swapping in a used power supply board. What a pain in the neck that was to get to and replace. Sheesh. Fixed the problem tho.

Look around on ebay for A00JM40405 for the C550/650. I ended getting one off a buddy parting out a machine. Lucky me I just got another C550 whole for parts for free.

Hi guys. I had this problem and solved it. It does k drum drive but the problem is in the power supply. Try it.
