[Misc] Konica Minolta C452 C225B error code

We are getting C225B in Konica Minolta C452 when we make double sided copies.

We have Changed the DCPU.

There is always misfed one in Exit Assembly, one in Duplex Unit and one misfed in the tray under pickup rollers.

Please advise.

Try a different K drum motor.Cant remember exactly but k drum motor might be turning something else as well as the k drum. Perhaps something associated with duplex thats why when duplex engages you get an error.There is also a very fragile timing disk on the k drive motor. If any one messed with the drive section at the back you can almost guaranty its been damaged.You will need entire drive assembly of the copier as timing disk is not sold separately.

This may help you.

Black drum motor (M18) or PRCB has failed.
Check the M18 connector for proper connection and ensure that M18 has proper drive coupling. If CN35 on the PRCB is connected securely and the error reoccurs, replace M18 (p/n A00J M110 00) and the PRCB (PWB-MC) as a set.

Thanks for your reply. We have replaced the M18 and PCRB. It worked for 2 days and got the code again. C225B

Can you please advise about the timing disk. Where it is located so we can replace it.
