BizHub 500 "Fusing unit need to be replaced"

Hello
i have a message "Fusing unit need to be replaced" the total counter is around 250k every maintance counter is cleared but this message still stay
any ideas ? is this a firmware bug ?

solution

Do this

enter in to service mode-touch system 1-touch initialization-touch counter data- u ll find Drum and Fixing-touch fixing-press start key.

hope it will fix the problem

you will need firmware above ver 31 ,to clear counters
there was a bug in ver 30 were counter reset button was,nt there

LOL i thought that I did gone nuts since I couldnt reset fix. assy. and i know that i did it before....lol....and jes, i got ver 30..... THX
