Hello, I get a consistent jam under the fixing entrance. checking the jam counter it shows to be at the transfer assy. when I open the right side door the paper is folded almost in half right under the fixing rollers. When I run a test page the registration and the whole image is on the page and the paper does not seem be touching the fixing rollers. I cleaned all the rollers, vertical path and feed rollers. I ran paper from all drawers and still the same problem. Any help would be great!

Did You check sensors (PS38, PS39, PS40) and motors M2 and M30? In more cases it is dirty sensors or worn gears/bushings...

Today I replaced the fixing motor assembly the transfer motor those two sensors under the fixing roller and cleaned all the sensors on the registration unit, with the same problem! I pulled the transfer/registration and cleaned those sensors as wellComment
