    CF 2002

    HELLO
    I have a CF 2002 without machine serial number on the carters
    i print the counter and now i have no serial number i have only "serial #"
    can some guys tell me how can i have the serial number
    one tech tell me to see with a programmer the eeprom inside the principal card behind the copyer

      You can enter service mode and print out all of the data sheets. In there is the machine S/N.
      the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

          My problem is , i must inspected a copyer without serial number on the carter
          and when you are in technic mode you go to system 1 and after serial number and inside i have nothing about is
          I want to know the number of these machine i want to know if these machine have been steal

              If it was manufactured as a minolta machine, it should have a serial number sticker on the left side of the main body.
              Then you can enter that number in tech mode, system 1.
