No User box option Konica 501

I have recently bought a 2nd user 501 an when i logon through pagescope i have no tab with the "user box" option. I have installed the HDD through the service menu but for some reason i am not seeing this tab. Does anyone know where this setting is? I have also changed the HDD to see if it was a possible faulty drive.

You might need to Format the HDD first
