    Data backup on C220/280/360

    Hi everyone,

    I am trying to back up/copy data on a Bizhub c280 such as address book and network info. I vaguely remember being able to do it in service mode straight onto USB stick. I know you can do this through web interface and using page scope, but I generally found it quicker to back it up onto USB, especially handy if you are installing multiple machines on one site and want to copy the same settings over from one machine to another.

    Any ideas?

      not that I know of. there is pagescope data administrator but that's only for address and authentication not network/device settings

          That is the new 4e series and it has to be enabled in either service mode or admin mode.
          And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

              Your thinking of 4 series.

              You can just backup from page scope though but its not in plain text and it can only be used on the copier it originated from.
