Re: lighter copies through df ( ineo +25 )
Light copies through the Doc feeder? Are they also light when copies are made off the glass?
Check mirrors under the glass? Could be one or more are dirty/coated with dust? I've found that sometimes any marks or dust or paper debris could also cause copies to become light when coming off the DF or glass. Try cleaning all the above, if removing the plate glass, make sure to clean both sides.
This is of course coming from my experience with Ricoh products, I don't know much if anything about ineo, but what I can see from the model off google searches, it looks relatively similar to some of the smaller units we have out in the field.
If cleaning the glass and mirrors don't work, you can also try checking the grey scale levels? Maybe even check the white plate? If possible, maybe show us a sample of what the copies look like?
