Bizhub c451 subhopper black toner empty sensor does not detect toner even when it's full of tonner, there for I tried a new tonner cartridge and it still did the same, besides I also took out the subhopper unit and cleaned the toner empty sensor for black expecting a change but still says the same and yet it has no error code, pliz any idea of what could be wrong?

bad sensor in the sub hopper would be my guess.
I would switch the sensors in the black and magenta to be sure.
