Go into service mode

I cant recall if it stop 9 or stop 0 clear but one of these will give administrator password option to set the code to a new one

Did you change the admin password from the default? it should be"12345678"

are u end user or technician?
if technician, u should know what is the service mode.

I would start by writing down there code that I am going to put in the machine.

I dare you to Google the service mode entry information.
if you are in there press reset to make sure your not in one on the menus and then press "stop" "0" "clear".
may the force help you from there.

And hope the CE (service mode) password wasn't changed as well

But there are back door methods to bypass the password screen on service mode unless they firmware patched that like they have on the new models. But not a lot of techs I know ever bothered with firmware unless they had a fault it would fix since the method was more involved than other modelsa

Enter service mode. Wait for password screen. Unplug a cable such as a fuser cable. This will give you a c code. If you press the menu button again it will now be in service mode without needing password.

Then stop 9
Turn off CE auth

This works on most models never tried on the B751 range admittedly
