Hi All

Can you reset the network setting in the machine back to factory default, having a hell of a bother setting up scan to email. don't know what the last IT company has done to it, thought the easiest way would be to reset it all back to factory and start again

Enter service mode
System 1
Initialization
Select from there the network setting and press the start button
Power the machine off and on

yea that is sometimes the only way to get the email scans running again, had a couple of case where that was the only fix.
