I have a C554 and C454 on site that are having some issues with scanning to email.
When it has not been used for a long time, say 20-30mins minimum, when you make a scan to email - it fails, details would be server connection error. If you immediately repeat the scan to email, it will be a success on the 2nd time and so on until such time the machine is not used again on scan to email. Im not sure if this is a machine settings or a network settings of the client.
Has anyone encountered this, please share some light.
