    [Misc] Colour

    I have a Bizhub C552 when printing from my pc the colour of my document is sky blue but printing it gives a purple colour.
    What shall be done any help ...

      Try a different driver. If using PCL, try PS and vice versa.

              When's the last time you've calibrated the machine?!!?!?!? (yes it's in the users manual)
              Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
