Hai friends, one of my c224e shows a problem it is no boot and restart continuous .when door is open machine warm up and shows door open,if door is closed machine will restart ie display off and on continuously . Please help me,,,

Upgrade FW if not Change MFP.

Continuous re booting is a symptom of a failed SSD board. If you are a km dealer you can have this part warrantied. Emujo

100% a failed ssd. There is no part # for the ssd. You must create a support ticket with Konica Minolta for them to authorize the ability to receive one.

Just make sure you know the exact steps after replacement before you flip on the power switch.
