c224e fax setting fo Belfast

Hi. We installed anew c224e in Belfast but having a bit of an issue with a fax. Can receive but not send. What do you set the fax destination to Eu or GB?
Any help much appreciated

All the ones we have setup have been set to GB with no issues.
The only issue we have had is with the various customers network filters & this can be a bit of trial and error getting those to work

when we try to send there is a click but no dial tone yet there is on if i press on hook and we can receive

I take it you have checked the phone line itself with an analogue phone to make sure you can ring out & receive calls ?
That would be my 1st thing to check,also are they using filters in the phone socket ? & are you using the fax cable supplied by konica in the fax box ?

yep all checked. in the end reset the fax to factory default, did f/w, turned off ecm and tone detection. set it to (IE) and it worked.
