Hi All,
I'm Working on a KM bizhub c360 when making copies on plain paper setting the copies are great, even on think paper. When I select think 1,2,3 the yellow is faded almost gone. The image on the transfer belt is also faded, not sure about image on drum. I can switch back and forth between the plain and thick paper settings and every time I select thick paper even using 20lbs paper the yellow is faded.
