    [Misc] Bizhub 180 PSWC password reset?

    Unit just returned from Customer - waiting for email reply to see if they know what it was.
    default password (sysadm) does not work
    Tried most of the other usual suspects (blank, 0000, 00000000, 12345678...)
    Trying to find a reset method but no luck searching the manuals so far.
    Any ideas?

      Never seen or worked on this machine but willing to help (was before my time).

      Have u tried printing a service data list, on service mode. Per manual page 86 it should have the admin password displayed when it is printed. Good luck

          Thanks for that info - I had no idea about that page.

          The customer did get back to me with the changed password & I was able to delete all the customer info that PSWC shows.

          Then we scrapped the machine so now we can't print out that page to check it out but thanks again.
