konica minolta df 614 shows jam. nothing present..

this doc feeder sits on a bizhub 601 and I didn't have time to check Minolta so I figured I would ask you fine folks
it shows a jam in the top feed. I had zero time to get the book and troubleshoot. swapped feeder and now its back at the shop
any thougts or suggestions? it has all the actuators in place. I see nothing out of line.. but it is definitely the doc feeder. not the board that is in the machine that runs the doc feeder. ill do checking on my part as well

Get the jam code and do sensor test, or just do sensor test. These document feeders are dodgy.
