[Misc] Bizhub Default Grey Scale to W7 Clients (W2012 Server)

I realise that this is likely to be a Domain/AD issue but...

We have a Bizhub C360 previously shared from a Windows 2003 server - all was well. We are now sharing the printer via Windows 2012 and I have so far been unable to force the server default of Grey Scale (set via Properties>Advanced>Printer Defaults) to Windows 7 clients, who have a default of Auto Color, and would be grateful for any help in troubleshooting.

That is a known issue with server 2012 R2.

Just install the printer to the clients directly. Would be good to know how to fix that problem.

I've only seen this issue when it was a registry key issue. We had to do into advanced under the client settings to get the color option to hold. Emujo
