Contact a KM rep in your country, from what I understand, when a MFP is destined for Asia, the default language is Japan, there is support for other languages through service mode (MFP Control Panel). The drivers also support many different areas, and these are packaged with the driver download. If a Turkish driver would suffice, then you are good to go. Emujo
