C3110

Greetings

Any of you guys had the issue of C3110 connected via USB for printing, only doing one copy of a job. ie. 3 page doc and you want 4 of it. You only get one.

Win8 64-bit OS. Managed to get it installed ok on desktop but laptop NG. Im suspecting the laptop, as when you try and load a driver manually nothing happens. However, a colleague of mine has 80 via usb doing the same thing, hence my doubt.

It automatically installs the one windows picks up when you plug in via usb. However, I tried to load the PCL driver, off the Konica disc, but it just hangs. There is a rundll32 hanging in the background???
