Message on screen

Hi all,not urgent . We have a c280 with PCOUNTER print message on screen beneath check job I want to get rid but have had no joy,any suggestions?

I have no idea what "Pcounter" is, but if it's a 3rd party app then it can be completely removed with KM's Open API tool. It can be found on the KM website, all you have to do is run it, configure the IP and admin password. The tool will remove any app or I-option icons and the associated software from the MFP. Emujo
