Solution to error code p21 p7

Please can anyone help me with this error p21, p7 on konical minolta bizhub c353 ImageUploadedByTapatalk1434461330.135502.jpg
This what is printing i try to stabilise it and it remove the background ImageUploadedByTapatalk1434461425.325521.jpg i notice is not printing magenta in the test page i have change the magenta drum unit still d same please help me out am a technician
