[Jamming] Konica 1060L J72-16 Jams

1060l with fs532 finisher with Intermittent Jams j72-16. Can run thousands and then jams every 20-30 prints then runs thousands again.If jobs ran in smalled batches no issue. So far made sure finisher is level, Replaced One way exit bearings and paper exit bearings.
Anyone come across this?

Are you sure the finisher model is the FS532 (not FS612)???
FS532 is not supported on the C1060L. FS532 needs the relay unit installed so the match the engine and FS speed.

I thought that might be the case. This jam can be caused by the main body paper exit rollers not turning properly. They are driven by one way gears. I would replace the gears and see if that resolves your issue.
