I need firmware and instruction on how to update. This machine and controller both have HDD's and copier has additional image memory. I am having scanning problems, just installed the controller and haven't been able to get it to scan. I have tried twain and thru pagescope cabinet. thru pagescope the changes I make to register locations to send to don't appear on copier. With the twain driver it doesn't see the boxes on the machine. Any advice?
