C360 with Account Tracking On: Most documents print without an issue, at times some document will not print at all. During testing I used a downloaded pdf that customer said would not print, it is 81 pages. When printing the entire document the blue data light at the machine never comes on and at the computer print driver the job gets stuck and says "copying print data". Tried only printing page 1, the page spools, data light comes breifly and then kills the job. Deleted due to error. I verifed the account code was good, reinstalled the print driver and no change. Sent the document to another C360 onsite (without Account Tracking On) and it printed. Any thoughts?
