Konica C220 error c-6103

Hello all,

We have a machine that throws out a error code of c6103 which according to manual is scanner overslide?
Has anyone had this before and is there anything I can do or any parts to be replaced?

replace the board at the back of the scanner section. (stepper motor and PS too to be certain)
