Im working on a di 3010. I have recently installed su/2 scan kit, print controller, nic and hard drive. I have enabled the hard drive (now it copies where it wouldnt before I enabled the hard drive).
However: sometimes when changing paper source settings the controls will freeze right when I push the start button (which then goes yellow). also, I have now noticed that when I go into "job list" then select the "doc" tab then select the "hdd" button it also freezes.
When this happens I cannot use the power switch on the control panel to cycle the machine off and back on. Pressing the "warm restart" switch inside the small hole on the right side of the copier will restart the machine however
It didnt do this at first. When I first installed everything and enabled the hard drive I was able to push the "hdd" button and nothing would happen (wouldnt let me access it) but at least the machine wouldn't freeze.
