[Misc] Severe paper curl from built-in finisher

Have a bizhub 363 that is reasonably happy, but paper curls excessively exiting from FS-529 finisher, sometimes pushes previous sheet(s) out of order or on the floor. Is there a way to decurl in this finisher? Tried everything with paper.

We tried very good paper that works like a charm elsewhere. Strictly OEM toner. I thought there was a de-curl adjustment someplace. We'll check the fuser. Thanks!

Remove the finisher and run copies...No curl---problem with FS, Curl---problem in fuser...Divide and conquer, let us know what you find. Emujo

The B363 does not have curl adjustment. I had to drop the fuser temp on this model before to get the finishers to stack correctly. I think the machine does have a setting that would allow you to change between quality and production mode.
