Greetings. I'm an old printer tech getting my tail kicked by what (I think) is probably right in front of me. I've got a C351 I need to get the fuser out of, and got hung up. Looking at the diagram, I see a wiring harness behind the fuser on the left side. I've popped the front covers and dug around, checked the manuals that I have, and still can't figure out how to get to that connector to disconnect it, but the fuser won't pull out far enough for me to get to it. Can anybody give me a pointer? Thanks!

remove the exit cover. Two screws on the left of the machine. Power harness is there. The other harness is behind a small cover beside the fuser unit. -
