Customer keeps getting these errors when receiving faxes. I swapped the entire fax out with a known good one from our shop and it still did it. Customer said if they are receiving a fax and then another starts to come in then this happens and both faxes are deleted. Any Ideas?

Since this should never happen on an analog line (sending fax would only get a busy signal) I would assume they are using some type of digital or VIOP fax. KM does not support this officially, but there are some tech articles with some suggested settings. If this is truly an analog line and a 2nd call is bumping the call in progress, then they need to look at their fax setup...Maybe call waiting is sending those tones and causing the issue.
