Do I/O test on PS22, PS23 and the decurler entrance solenoid one of the three or somthing else is buggered.
Is the jammed paper in good or bad shape?

Fixed J3201 on 8 1/2 _11. 11/17 still jam 3201 duplex only

Sounds like a timing issue still. I would look at replace vertical conveyance clutches(on lower right side door). Had a 920(similar engine) do duplex jams just because those clutches were going out.
