    Trouble code FA11 when printing..reset copies fine?

      You need to be sure your firmware and function version match the driver you have installed. Other symptoms would be CE301S, and FA14s. Some of these codes are solved by the latest firmware and the tech forgets to update the driver at the same time thus inducing other problems. Emujo
