konica 552- FS-527 error C11-90

Hy,

I'm dealing with this error code C11-90 on FS-527 (alignment motor or sensor). I looked on Konica manual and I didn't find anything how to remove the alignment unit. I tried but seems hard on this finisher. I appreciate any answer. Thanks

Take a look at the parts manual.That would show you the position of the different parts. Finishers can be very time consuming.
See if you can test the parts without removing anything. It could be a simple as a small piece of paper.
